Sound Healing in Kaprun

Singing bowls, gong and other harmonic instruments create space to let go at the sound healing session in the AVA Yoga Studio in Kaprun. The sound bath is meant to ease stress, calm the nervous system and bring deep relaxation, which often benefits sleep as well. It starts at 6 pm, the contribution is 25 euros and registration with the organiser is required.
