Along a 1,300-metre-long track, guests race down the slope in comfortable two-seater sledges at speeds of up to 40 km/h. A Fast-Paced Ride on the Alpine Coaster
The toboggan run at the foot of the Maiskogel leads over bridges, through waves and tight curves as well as breathtaking spirals. At the highest point of the route you are eleven metres above the ground – a true adrenaline experience with a magnificent view over the Kaprun valley. Riders can regulate the speed themselves, which makes the ride ideal for all age groups.
Safe and Family-Friendly
Safety comes first on the Maisi Flitzer: automatic distance controls ensure that the sledges always keep the correct distance from one another. The ride lasts around twelve minutes and offers plenty of action for the whole family. Children above a certain minimum age and weight may use the ride on their own or accompanied by an adult.
Adventure Park and Maisi Alm in Summer
In summer, the grounds around the Maisi Flitzer transform into a colourful family adventure park. Slides, bouncy castles and various play stations invite you to romp around to your heart’s content. The neighbouring Maisi Alm provides tired adventurers with delicious snacks and drinks – the ideal way to round off an active day in the fresh mountain air.
Open All Year Round
A special feature of the Maisi Flitzer is that it is open all year round. Whether in summer with bright sunshine or in winter amid a snow-covered mountain landscape – the toboggan run operates almost the entire year. The valley station is located right in the town centre of Kaprun and is therefore easily reachable on foot or by bus.

The valley station of the Maisi Flitzer is situated at the Maiskogel cable-car valley station in the centre of Kaprun. Kaprun can be reached from Zell am See in just a few minutes – ideal as a day trip or an addition to a holiday in the region.
