The region has established itself as a fixture in alpine mountain-bike tourism.

E-bike: experience the mountains in a new way

With an e-bike, even longer routes and greater differences in altitude can be mastered with ease. Numerous charging stations along the routes provide security on extended day tours. Whether a panoramic loop around Lake Zell or a climb into the high alpine mountains, the e-bike opens up entirely new possibilities.

Road & gravel: asphalt and gravel

Road cyclists appreciate the winding mountain-pass roads around Zell am See. The combination of glacier, lake and mountain passes turns every ride into an experience. Gravel bikers find untouched natural landscapes on gravel and forest roads away from the traffic. No wonder the region is also part of the renowned IRONMAN 70.3 race, whose bike course covers 90 kilometres.
