The centre is roughly eight minutes&#8217; walk \u2014 no other of the five combines shoreline and a walk into town this well.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wellness area has two saunas, a steam bath, a Kneipp pool, an infrared cabin and a gym. Restaurant Esplanada has a lakeside terrace, and half board can be added.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> there is <em>no<\/em> swimming pool. If you need an indoor pool for rainy days or small children, plan around that. With small children and wet swimwear that is a different holiday from a beach outside your door. There is no pool, and you reach the centre only by car around the lake or by boat.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who it suits:<\/strong> couples and quiet-seekers with a car who value the view and the price over walkability. Not for families with toddlers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Seehotel Sissi \u2014 the affordable, location-led choice<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This three-star property with around 25 rooms is centrally placed: roughly 300 metres to the casino, under a kilometre to the station, and about 100 metres \u2014 a minute&#8217;s walk \u2014 to the lido. Many rooms have a balcony, and there is a sauna, spa treatments, a garden and a breakfast buffet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> despite being marketed as &#8220;directly on Lake Zell&#8221;, the property has <em>no<\/em> private beach of its own \u2014 the benefit is proximity to the public lido, not a private stretch of shore. A lake view is not standard either and applies only to some rooms.
