DESCRIPTION:On a free guided walk through the forests managed by the Austrian Federal Forests\, participants see firsthand how the climate crisis is already changing the woodlands around Kaprun. Experienced foresters explain what tomorrow’s forest might look like and which tree species are best equipped for the decades ahead. \nThe walk ends with a small snack for everyone who joins. Sturdy footwear and weatherproof clothing are recommended\, as most of the route runs outdoors. Registration and further details on the Kaprun forest walk are available directly through the Austrian Federal Forests.
